Can I arrive early to set up?
Yes, you may arrive 15 minutes before your party starts to set up and make everything perfect.
What happens if bad weather prevents my private event from happening?
We’ve got you covered! If weather disrupts your plans, you can reschedule your event for any available date that works for you.
Is the deposit refundable?
No, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if your plans change, we’ll gladly work with you to reschedule your event for another day.
Can I add extra hours to my party or book during hours you’re closed?
Yes, we’re flexible! Contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
How many adults can I invite?
For non-private events, the maximum is 20 adults. For private parties, there’s no limit on the number of adults you can invite!
